ANDROID: mmc: core: Remove stray CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL dependencies

CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL has been removed from the kernel, so clean
up its use in MMC_EMBEDDED_SDIO and MMC_PARANOID_SD_INIT options.
