Leon Romanovsky says:
====================
Be more strict with DEVX get/set operations for the obj_id.
====================
Based on the mlx5-next branch at
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/mellanox/linux
due to dependencies.
* branch 'devx_set_get':
RDMA/mlx5: Use strict get/set operations for obj_id
RDMA/mlx5: Use the correct obj_id upon DEVX TIR creation
net/mlx5: Expose ifc bits for query modify header
The parameter of kfree function is NULL, so kfree code is useless, delete
it. Therefore, goto expression is no longer needed, so simplify
it. cma_dev_group is always pre-zero'd before reaching make_cma_ports, so
the NULL set to cma_dev_group->ports is unneeded too.

Separate IB_GID_TYPE_IB and IB_GID_TYPE_ROCE to two different values, so
enum ib_gid_type will match the gid types of the new query GID table API
which will be introduced in the following patches.
This change in enum ib_gid_type requires to change also enum
rdma_network_type by separating RDMA_NETWORK_IB and RDMA_NETWORK_ROCE_V1
values.

The allocated ports structure in never freed. The free function should be
called by release_cma_ports_group, but the group is never released since
we don't remove its default group.
Remove default groups when device group is deleted.

Currently several rdma_cm module specific functions are declared in
core_priv.h file. Now that we have cma_priv.h file specific to rdma_cm
kernel module, move them from core_priv.h to cma_priv.h

having the argument as const or stored as a reference in the "ci_type"

Add new entry to the RDMA-CM configfs that allows users
to select default TOS for RDMA-CM QPs.
This is useful for users that want to control the TOS for legacy
applications without changing their code.
Application that sets the TOS explicitly using the rdma_set_option
API will continue to work as expected, meaning overriding the configfs
value.

Replace the current NULL-terminated array of default groups with a linked
list. This gets rid of lots of nasty code to size and/or dynamically
allocate the array.
While we're at it also provide a conveniant helper to remove the default
groups.

The issue here is that there is a cut and paste bug. When we allocate
cma_dev_group->default_ports_group we use "sizeof(*cma_dev_group->ports)"
instead of "sizeof(*cma_dev_group->default_ports_group)".
We're bumping up against the 80 character limit so I introduced a new
local pointer "ports_group" to get around that.

Users would like to control the behaviour of rdma_cm.
For example, old applications which don't set the
required RoCE gid type could be executed on RoCE V2
network types. In order to support this configuration,
we implement a configfs for rdma_cm.
In order to use the configfs, one needs to mount it and
mkdir <IB device name> inside rdma_cm directory.
The patch adds support for a single configuration file,
default_roce_mode. The mode can either be "IB/RoCE v1" or
"RoCE v2".
