Greg Kroah-Hartman 6ee82524b0 Revert "usbnet: smsc95xx: Forward PHY interrupts to PHY driver to avoid polling" ...

This reverts commit eaf3a094d8 which is
upstream commit 1ce8b37241.

It is reported to cause problems, so drop it from the 5.15.y tree until
the root cause can be determined.
