Joe Eykholt 226c7ffe74 [SCSI] net, libfcoe: Add the FCoE Initialization Protocol ethertype 
FIP is the FCoE Initialization Protocol and this patch
adds the protocol ethertype to the kernel's list of
ethertypes.
