Sebastian Andrzej Siewior c15380b72d locking/rtmutex: Remove rt_mutex_timed_lock() ...

rt_mutex_timed_lock() has no callers since:

  c051b21f71 ("rtmutex: Confine deadlock logic to futex")

Remove it.
