The driver don't need to explicit enable the power domain, which can be done by runtime power management, when the power domain tree defined in device tree. in this case, the MU initialization can be moved to runtime pm function. Signed-off-by: Shengjiu Wang <shengjiu.wang@nxp.com>

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
