Remove unnecessary duplications of "e820_table->entries[i]." via a local variable, plus pass in 'entry' to the type_to_*() functions which further improves the readability of the code - and other small tweaks. No change in functionality. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
