Use the more refined and tested event polling loop from opal_put_chars as the fallback console flush in the opal-kmsg path. This loop is used by the console driver today, whereas the opal-kmsg fallback is not likely to have been used for years. Use WARN_ONCE rather than a printk when the fallback is invoked to prepare for moving the console flush into a common function. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
