It is not necessary to update data->last_state_idx in menu_select() as it only is used in menu_update() which only runs when data->needs_update is set and that is set only when updating data->last_state_idx in menu_reflect(). Accordingly, drop the update of data->last_state_idx from menu_select() and get rid of the (now redundant) "out" label from it. No intentional behavior changes. Signed-off-by: Rafael J. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
